Dear All:

We are approaching the final topic for the first half of the semester, one which you need to be familiar with in order to complete Assignment 1. Please preview it by referring to <LNG302 Topic 06.pptx> and corresponding sources from the Reading Guide.

Following the lecture, do allow yourself time to get ready for the workshop by attempting Activity 1 and Activity 2 as found on the page for Topic 6.

As mentioned again in today's workshop, we shall be using the 'Movie' text for practice in the coming weeks. Do make use of the documents created for annotation purposes as described on the page for Topic 5. By sharing your comments on this text, you can check your understanding of relevant concepts and get feedback on your analysis.
