Dear All:

Thank you to those who shared their notes on the page for Topic 09, which has now been refreshed with my comments on the notes. Do take time to review both the notes and my comments as this week's way of reviewing the topic.

For the coming topic, and the remaining topics, Slides and Readings are fully available at Connect and Learning Mall. Again, I think you will find it helpful to be prepared beforehand, by looking through corresponding files, as well the sites referred to on the page for Topic 10. There are quite a few internet sites referred to for the coming topic as we shall be concerned with human-machine interaction in workplace settings with the service encounter being the main source of illustrations.
