项目摘要：
快速城镇化导致了大量农业转移老年人口进入城市。新的城市环境无疑对安置老人的生活质量产生了重要影响。然而，过往研究主要以横断面比较为主，缺乏对其适应动态过程的深入研究。本研究通过对安置老人纵向实证研究，以及与未安置老人的横向同时对比，客观追踪安置老人适应新的城镇环境的动态过程及趋势，量化城镇建成环境对安置老人健康的影响（如体力活动量、精神健康、幸福指数等）。本项目将构建农民转移安置小区老年宜居环境评价体系，从客观和感知两个方面量化从居住区到组团开放空间的规划设计。利用一系列统计分析模型，检验建成环境对安置老人健康状况的影响机制与影响强度。本研究对提高城镇化质量、应对严峻老龄化带来的公共健康问题具有重要意义。同时为长期跟踪研究提供基础。
Project Abstract
Rapid urbanization has caused large population of elderly moving from rural area to urban area. New urban settings have significant impact on the quality of life of relocated elderly. However, existing research is mostly based on observation or descriptive data, lacking investigation on the dynamic process of their adaptation. This study will undertake longitudinal empirical study with cross-sectional comparison of unaffected group, empirically tracing the dynamic process and trends of the adaptation process of relocated elderly, and to quantify the impact of built environment on their well-being (physical activity, mental health, sense of happiness, etc.). This research will develop audit framework of elderly friendly environment of resettlements for relocated farmers, and provide guidelines from residential to home place planning and design by integrating both objective and perceived built environment indicators. This research will run statistic regression to examine the determinant factors and impact factors of built environment on relocated elderly’s health. This research is significant to improve the quality of urbanisation and to respond to the pressing public health issues caused by rapid urban aging. It also provides grounding for long-term longitudinal study.
About Dr Ying Chang
Dr Ying Chang has obtained her Doctoral degree from Newcastle University in the UK. Her first degree is in Architecture and she has started research on housing since 2005. She has been working as a lecturer at Department of Urban Planning and Design of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University since 2011.
Her main research philosophy is capability approach, equal access and justice. Dr Ying Chang has provided consultancy service for the World Bank and local government on housing, urbanisation and development.

About Dr Guibo Sun
Dr Guibo Sun is Assistant Professor in the Department of Urban Planning and Design, Faculty of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on (1) Transport Infrastructure Development (2) Spatial Data Infrastructure Development.
Guibo received his PhD in Geoinformation Science and Human Geography from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2014). After that, he had four-years research experiences as a research associate, postdoctoral fellow, and research assistant professor.

About Dr Lin Lin
Dr. Lin Lin received her Ph.D. in urban design and planning from University of Washington. Before she joins XJTLU, she was an assistant professor at School of Ecological and Environmental Sciences at East China Normal University.
Her research interests lie in conceptualizing and understanding the reciprocal relationship between the built environment‚ human behaviors‚ and public health‚ as she believes this relationship underpins the development of genuinely healthy sustainable communities.

招募时间：本项目会根据项目的不同阶段分中长期和短期集中招募。本页面将保持更新。
工作地点：可以远程也可以实地。实地工作地点及全日制工作在苏州。
参与方式：志愿（无酬劳）、按件计酬 （劳务协议或者兼职协议，不含五险一金）、中长期（6-12个月个人全日制劳务合同，可酌情延长，税后3,500-5,000每个月, 不含五险一金）
博士生：本项目计划向西交利物浦大学申请1-2个全额博士奖学金。将优先考虑表现优秀的科研助理。奖学金的研究课题及计划由导师组主要制定。研究成果属于课题组成果。如果联合发表课题内成果，按照西交利物浦大学相关政策进行协商，按实际个人贡献来决定发表时的作者权，发表者所属单位为西交利物浦大学，需注明受西交利物浦大学资助。
奖学金总共资助三年，成功完成学业者将获得由英国利物浦大学授予的博士学位。导师团由西交利物浦专业教师及利物浦大学专业教师共同组成。 奖学金将包括英国利物浦大学博士生三年学费 （价值人民币24万元），三年每月5000元（人民币）生活费（2018年新标准，总价值人民币18万元。），以及一学期去利物浦大学学习的机会 （2018年标准包含往返机票、当地住宿费用及当地生活费用补贴）*。
