A question about manova concept

I am trying to understand the core of manova. But I am still not quite sure about it yet.

So basically, we are interested in the relationship of one or several independent variables to several dependent variables. My point of view is that we can consider each of the dependent variables SET as a high-dimension vector, and all we want to prove is that, whether all these vectors are linear, or to say, on the same line in a high-dimension space, no matter what independent variables we choose.

Could it be a reasonable explanation?

sorry, there is a mistake that I thk it's better clarify. In my mind, the vector is not "Collinear", but their end points are Collinear

at a high-demension space

Interesting question. I don't think you can put the multiple dependent variables in a high dimensional space, because they are not necessarily paired.
