This is the word document with the information about how to avoid the time management mistakes and it also has the questionnaire that we did. I also added the time saving tips for engineers and scientists. Furthermore, there are two nice write up about time management for PhD students and when writing grants that can be quite informative to read. Again, I am not sure how much others will need this but for me it was good reading. The screen shot of the decision tree to select a good time management technique is also attached. However, in this case, I think one should try all the methods and see which one best works for you instead of going by the decision tree.
