三. 成果 outcomes
1.了解社区家庭的种类：大部分为有幼儿和老人的年轻家庭，且多为外来人口
Family type：Most are young families with children and elder people; A majority of them are immigrants from other provinces.
2.了解社区活动的大致形式：文艺表演，亲子游戏，春秋出游等。
General form of community activities: Art Festival, parent-child game, spring/autumn trip etc.
3.了解邻里关系：大部分居民互相不熟悉，但有通过孩子相识的机会。
Relationship between residents: most are not familiar with each other but have the chance to know each other through children.
4.了解年轻家庭对社区活动的看法：活动消息闭塞，兴趣缺乏
Opinions of young families about community activities: lack accessibility to the activity news as well as interest
四.反思 Reflections
1.由于城市优势带来了大量的外省居民，一定程度上丰富了社区文化。但是地区间方言的差异也带来了老一辈居民之间交流不便，为邻里关系的增进造成困难。
Fast development of Suzhou brings a large amount of immigrants, which enrich the community culture in a way. However, different dialects cause communication inconvenience between the old generation, which makes it difficult to promote the relationship between residents.
2.社区活动多种多样且举办时间合理，但是信息投放不够到位，使得居民参与度不够。建议成立全面的社区交流平台，并针对年轻人推出电子平台。
Community activities are various and the holding time is reasonable, however, the news is not permeable in the whole community, which makes the residents engagement weak. Suggest building up a more comprehensive communication platform, such as electronic platform especially for young man.
3.虽然部分楼区有选举出居民代表参与社区管理，但仍缺乏以年轻人为代表的社区领袖。建议根据不同年龄分别推选代表，互相补充想法。
Although several residents are selected out for management, few young men participate in it. Suggest selecting representatives from different ages, which can help to complete ideas.
