We learned how to change the material in UE, and the teacher wanted us to be able to independently modify the material for the assets we had already created. We started selecting materials for our video production mission. We found several assets that were perfect for our needs. Our temporary goal was to create a scene with a physical object in a courtyard in China. We used simple techniques to test different lighting and surface texture variations in one corner of an existing courtyard. We did not use the bubble or puddle effects mentioned in class because we found that the assets provided already had good detail and a weather system suitable for the whole scenario. Therefore, we have postponed the stage construction project for the time being
