The second video that I find very interesting is called the Space Machine. Although the name sounds confusing, I didn't understand it at first, even after watching the entire movie. But I had a very deep understanding when I watched the film. The film is set in Detroit and tells a story about the changes in Detroit. Based on my background, I know that Detroit used to be a city with potential and rapid development, but it seems that for some reason the city has declined. The main picture of the film is a combination of the footage of the car driving on the road taken by the camera from the inside of the car and the footage of the train running on the urban railway. It's a very interesting combination. In my eyes, it's like the audience watching the city. I think the movement of the vehicles in the film is a metaphor for the passage of time in the city. There is also a picture of a family playing together, but only the elderly are left in the picture, which is also a side display of the decline of the city, people moved to other places in pursuit of a better life, and only those who may be full of love for this land will stay. The film shows the place of Detroit in different ways, the passage of time and the process of change in this space, which can be felt from the picture and the inserted characters' words. There are things that don't change in this city, and there are things that go by. I think it's more a pity for the city.
