Staff Seminar:Student-centred education highlighted in leadership excellence programme

The Leadership Excellence Programme has been organized on 2nd to 4th November. 20 staff from management level have participated in the programme and shared XJTLU practices with educators from 9 universities. The programme is organized by ILEAD which aims to enhance leadership skills through a variety of training approaches, helping organisations to forge an efficient management team to lead on education reforms and promote profound reform in higher education nationwide in China.
