The 2nd round of book acquisition for AY2017-2018 has been closed on Dec 15, 2017. Now, it comes to the 3rd round. 90% book titles shall be collected by Mar 31, 2018.

Wanted Book List

Based on the book recommendations from academic departments, the Library produces a ‘wanted book list’ for items which failed to be purchased. Faculty could find your own  ways to purchase the listed books for teaching and research needs. It shall follow the procedure in XJTLU Library Faculty Purchase Reimbursement Policy when purchasing a book from the wanted book list.

Library Digital Resources Recommendation

As raised in LAC meeting,  the new round of collecting on library digital resources recommendation will start from March 2018. Please review current digital resources and propose new resource by filling out the Library Digital Resources Recommendation Form as completely as possible to enable the Library to correctly identify the material that you would like to recommend. 

Please submit the complete form to the departmental library liaison officer. Then the form shall be emailed to the departmental liaison librarian for further process no later than April 13, 2018.

XJTLU Library Digital Resources Usage Report 2017

Usage statistics are influential in deciding if a resource should be reviewed and flagged for possible cancellation, if more training is necessary or if the number of concurrent users should be increased or decreased.
