Project Title

Human-AI Partnership for Transforming Teaching and Learning at XJTLU

Project Description

This research aims to explore and analyze the student-AI collaborative problem-solving (SAC) process on wicked problems in the real-world such as climate change, food shortage, digital gaps, and so on. Through analyzing the SAC process, the study can uncover the underlying processes of students’ higher-order thinking (e.g., creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills) development with AI, the effects of interaction with AI on students’ capacity building, as well as offer insights into the design of AI learning technologies that support SAC and students’ decision-making process on complex problem-solving.
