The key point of facilitation is to know how a student lives and what his/her deepest interests are. Several career planning tools, e.g. Life Balance Table, Self-Directed Search and CASVE Cycle could be used to initiate Year 1 students into a clear sense of career planning since they start learning in XJTLU, guide students to consider the career planning when they make programme choice or transfer, support Year 4 students to seek jobs or apply for master.
Business Etiquette and Presentation conducted on 28th April aims to help participants increase the sense of business etiquettes by delivering some practical skills of international social etiquettes, dress code and behaviour rules in university. Public speaking is another important topic of the training session.
