This morning, we had a simple talk with the customer, specifically understanding the customer's company and the project content that the customer usually does.

The brief introduction about customer

Jing Tian Cheng is a company that focuses on cultural tourism development. It was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.

The company's main business includes cultural tourism destination development, tourism route planning and organization, cultural tourism product design and sales, etc.

The company is committed to promoting traditional Chinese culture and historical relics through cultural tourism and providing high-quality tourism services. In addition, the company cooperates with local governments and tourism institutions to promote the development of the cultural tourism industry together.

Idea

Based on a preliminary investigation, it seems that the Humble Administrator's Garden is the filming location for the TV series "Dream of the Red Chamber," and there is a certain connection between Cao Xueqin and the Humble Administrator's Garden. Therefore, we decided to use "Dream of the Red Chamber" as a starting point.

 

First, we plan to create cultural and creative products, or peripheral products related to "Dream of the Red Chamber." Second, we plan to create an immersive theater experience based on the original novel.


Here are some findings from our research and analysis:


Cultural and creative products refer to products that are based on cultural background, creativity as the core, and art as the expression form. In the tourism industry, cultural and creative products have the following advantages:
1. Increase the cultural connotation of tourism products. Cultural and creative products are based on culture, and incorporate local history, traditions, and cultural elements. They can add more cultural connotations to tourism products, enriching tourists' travel experiences.
2. Increase the added value of tourism products. Unlike traditional tourist souvenirs, cultural and creative products are more creatively designed and artistic, adding more value to tourism products and increasing their attraction and value.
3. Drive the development of local industries. The tourism industry is a comprehensive industry, and the promotion and sales of cultural and creative products require various channels and platforms. This requires deep cooperation with local cultural and creative industries to drive the development of local cultural and creative industries and form an industry cluster effect.


Immersive theater is a performance form that brings the audience into the story context and allows them to experience the story through interaction and experience. In the tourism industry, immersive theater has the following advantages:
