Library Notice
Two Alternative Methods for Urgent Book Recommendation
In addition to Print Book Acquisition, the Library provides two alternative methods for urgent book recommendation, Ordering in the Bookstore and Staff self-purchase reimbursement.
The university staff can select and reserve books at three bookstores of Suzhou, including the Eslite Bookstore, the Phoenix Bookstore and the Xinhua Bookstore in GuanQian Street. Specific guidance can be referred to in Policy for Ordering in the Bookstore. Besides, staff can make purchase of books by themselves, then claim reimbursement by following the procedures in Library Policy on Staff Self-Purchase Reimbursement.
We do hope more and more staff may get involved in Library collection development.
