Textbook Service Updates

Textbook Management System development and upgrade

The newly updated textbook management system (TMS) will focus on the function of textbook collection and distribution and textbook inventory management. With TMS and SITS database in the docking, and then the data is more comprehensive, accurate and timely. Certain exceptional cases can be well resolved by the system instead of manually. The new system is imperative to achieve standardized management of textbooks due to current financial audit requests. The newly updated TMS is now under testing and the multiple functions of the system will be online in 2018/19 S2.

Textbook Division starts the preparations for textbook distribution of 2018/19 S2

To ensure textbooks delivery and distribution run smoothly, Textbook Division will trace the textbook delivery status and update to departments if any special cases. In the meantime, Textbook Division will do textbook receiving venue preparations and start to receive the textbooks for 2018/19 S2.
