AI and Collaborative Learning

Project Description

The goal of this research project is to explore the utilization of AI, in particular Generative AI (GenAI) in various collaborative learning tasks (e.g., collaborative argumentation, project-based learning, co-coding) in actual classroom learning as well as collaborative learning between students and GenAI in a teamwork. The research findings can provide valuable insights and evidence-based strategies for educators worldwide seeking to integrate GenAI into the design of collaborative learning. Furthermore, research can offer implications for the design of pedagogically relevant AI.
