SYSTEMS UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE

During July, MITS implemented upgrades and maintenance of systems, including Expense Control System, Telephone System, Server Load Balancer, PC Anywhere, and BOX (Campus Cloud Storage System), to provide better service and enhance system security and stability.

After the upgrades and maintenance, the new Call Center System started its new mission. The upgraded system made it easier for the service centre to collect phone logs and generate reports, which would be used to improve our service quality in the future.

PC Anywhere platform is backed up by a high redundant network to ensure high availability and significantly reduces the risk of unexpected interruptions. In addition, by increasing the network load balancing, the PC Anywhere platform has higher network bandwidth and improves the concurrent performance of the network.

If the content of the email is bizarre or deviates from the sender's usual email style, do not easily click the link inside, download any attachments or scan QR codes of unknown origin. If you need help, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
