We had a meeting with Registry to discuss the details of preparation for the midterm, including the schedules of online exams and supporting methods we will have before and during the exam week. We created a module page - “Online Exam Standardisation Module” to better guide staffs, manually checked all settings of the activities which are set for midterm quiz or online invigilation, and monitored the online exams during the exam week. There are more than 2,000 students and hundreds of teachers involved in online Mid-term exams, and it’s happy to see that it ran smoothly with very limited issues. With the experience and feedback we received, we believe that we can offer better support to the teaching and learning process in XJTLU.
