CET OUTREACH PROGRAMME FOR XJTLU ENTREPRENEUR COLLEGE (TAICANG)

Since the launch of the CET Outreach Programme in November 2020, CET staff has provided 15 onsite support service to five schools of the Suzhou campus and the schools for the Taicang campus. In a recent outreach on 27 May  (as is shown in the picture), colleagues from the Taicang campus were very actively engaged in the Q&A format onsite training and communication activities. Various practical topics were deep discussed, such as how to hide grade and feedback before the moderation, export from LMO and import grade to e-bridge, and use the assignment activity for offline presentation marking. The Executive Assistant to Associate Principal Taicang Ms. Li Wei (Lily) and her colleagues have made great efforts and support to organise the “CET day” for Taicang colleagues, including collecting faculties’ needs and interests for the one-hour bespoken training session that was customized for the Taicang schools, preparing the flexible and open inquiry space for colleagues to drop in and asking any questions about the use of educational technologies. It was recognised that the CET Outreach Programme was very constructive and would be continuously developed with XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang).

DOWNLOAD COURSE CONTENT

If you are a student who is busy revising for exams and wish to have offline access to all the files and documents available in your module(s), a new Learning Mall feature was recently released which allows teachers to make this functionality available at their choosing.

To enable this feature, teachers need to access Course administration > Edit settings and within the 'Enable download course content' item select the 'Yes' option.

After enabling this setting, students and other users in the module will then be able to download a .zip file containing all the files and documents (which are below 50MB in size - files larger than this are not included and need to be downloaded separately) present in the module area.
